LTTE Bilateral Brigade
In 2006, the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) formed a two-pronged battalion that would operate or be part of the Sea Tigers, attacking at sea and on land. Their first attack was on the Skull Island base and the second on the Long Island naval base.
